As a Co-Active Coach, I work in partnership with you - not to “fix” you, but to create the conditions where clarity, confidence, and choice can emerge.

 

This is coaching that treats you as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. We focus not only on goals and performance, but on who you are being as you lead, decide, and navigate change.

 

Every coaching relationship is tailored. The options below give a sense of how clients typically choose to work with me.

Core Coaching Partnership

A longer conversation - with yourself, and your future.

 

This is my most popular option and where the deepest, most sustainable shifts tend to happen.

 

Rather than “quick fixes”, this partnership creates space for reflection, experimentation, and integration over time.

Typically includes:

  • 1 × 90-minute Discovery & Goal-Setting Session

  • Clarifying your values, vision, leadership identity, and what you want more (and less) of

  • Regular 60 minute Coaching Sessions - exploring real-time challenges, mindset, leadership patterns, confidence, boundaries, and direction

  • Completion & Integration Session - embedding learning and defining next steps

 

Most clients commit initially for 4–6 months, with many choosing to continue on a monthly basis as their work, life, or leadership evolves.

 

This works particularly well if you’re:

  • Redefining success at mid-career or midlife

  • Leading through change or uncertainty

  • Wanting a trusted thinking partner over time

Power Coaching Session

One conversation. One focus. One meaningful shift.

 

A single, high-impact coaching session designed to help you think clearly about a specific challenge, decision, or opportunity.

This is ideal if you:

  • Want space to think before a key decision or conversation

  • Are curious about coaching without committing longer-term

 

 

What to expect:

A focused, Co-Active conversation that explores both the practical issue and the underlying patterns influencing it  -  leaving you with insight, choice, and momentum.

Bespoke Coaching Partnership

Designed around you, your context, and your pace.

 

Some clients prefer a fully tailored approach - especially when navigating complex roles, transitions, or long-term change.

Bespoke partnerships may include:

  • Extended sessions or intensive off-site conversations

  • Monthly or flexible session cadence

  • A blend of reflection, challenge, accountability, and space

 

 

This option is common for:

  • Clients navigating identity shifts, reinvention, or sustained complexity
